Florian Almeling is a founding partner of ALCOSA CAPITAL. Before founding ALCOSA CAPITAL in 2003 he worked
as an Investment Banker in the Global Corporate Finance - M&A advisory
division of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London. He was involved in
a number of national and international cross-border transactions, such as disposal
of the chemical activities
of RWE-DEA to Sasaol ltd. (South Africa), disposal
of Papier Union to INAPA (Portugal), acquisition of Locton by Microlog
plc., acquisition of Reemtsma by Imperial Tobacco plc. (United Kingdom),
disposal of seven non-core activities
of Siemens to the private equity investor KKR.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Florian worked for the investment banking
division of Lehman Brothers (Frankfurt) and the strategic development
division of Airbus Industry (Toulouse).
Florian holds a degree in business administration
from the University of Bayreuth. |
